Shipping and Returns
All A.Florence Skincare products bought from this site - aflorence.eu ship from within the European Union, therefore their prices are customs and duty inclusive and have no hidden costs.
Delivery normally takes between 2 to 5 working days to most EU countries (with the exception of remote and difficult to reach areas).
Free shipping offers below apply only to orders that arrive at their delivery address without any issues. Orders which have been sent with a free shipping and do no make it to their recipient due to a wrongly given address will be refunded once parcel has come back to our depot minus the relevant shipping cost below.
We ship to Zone 1 (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania) with DPD, DHL or GLS courier service for the flat rate of €4.30 - which is free with orders of €50 or above.
We ship to Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Luxemburg, Slovenia, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, France) with DPD, BPost, PostNL, Colissimo, PostNord couriers for the flat rate of €7.50 - which is free with orders of €75 or above.
We ship to Zone 3 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Romania, Portugal, Spain) with DPD, Bartolini, PostNord and Envialia couriers for the flat rate of €10.50 - which is free with orders of €100 or above.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At A. Florence we would like you to enjoy every aspect of your experience with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you an exchange for a product that would suit you best or a stress free refund once you have returned your unused product back to us.
Please note that we don't refund used products.
All orders are eligible for a full refund if cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the parcel has been returned to our return address by the client. For authorising your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your email request for a return must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery, providing a proof of purchase (such an order number and name) and we will help you with the process. We strive to respond within 48 hours. Please note our offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays. However, our EU fulfilment centre is open most days.

* Once your return request has been validated you will have 14 days to send the product back, otherwise your return will no longer be valid.
* Damaged items in transit are eligible for a full refund (including shipping cost) or a replacement, if reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
* Products received as a gift can be returned only for an exchange.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless parcels are lost or damaged by our couriers on route to you.
* Exchanges and refunds are possible once you have made a return of unused and unopened products.
*If you miss your two delivery attempts and your products are returned back to our depot you will receive a refund minus any shipping cost incurred in the process.

* Return shipping cost must be paid by the client. Once your return has been processed you will get an email confirmation. It may take up to five working days for your return payment to appear on your card statement.
